We stayed at Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam for a week last Summer in July. There was so much to do and we loved our stay so much that we returned for a week in August. Fletcher Badhotel Callantsoog Perfect for New Year’s Eve
Last Updated: December 26th 2024. We stayed at Fletcher Badhotel Callantsoog for New Year’s Eve. Arriving on the 31st of December and leaving again on the 2nd of January. We booked it at a whim on the evening of the 30th of December. Even though we couldn’t undertake a lot due to the then present restrictions, we loved our stay. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere and the staff is warm and helpful. A Pleasant Stay at NH Hotel Schiphol Airport

We liked our stay, the first time, hence the return a second time a couple of months later. The hotel is only 6 kilometers (3.73 miles) from Schiphol Airport and 20 kilometers (12.43 miles) from the city center of Amsterdam. So a perfect base for exploring Amsterdam and its surroundings. 4 Winter Walks in Götzens
Last Updated: 29th January 2026. Almost every year we take a winterbreak and go to a ski destination. Not to ski, but to enjoy the snowcovered landscapes. But this time we had a bit of bad luck; Yuri got a fever and couldn’t do anything. Paul and I decided to go for short walks in the area separately. One of us stayed with Yuri and the other one explored the surroundings. After lunch we switched, and the other one followed the same route.
